General Patient Info
Payment Information: We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit financing options. We accept many different insurance plans and will bill your insurance for you. Prior to treatment, we will estimate yours and your insurance's portion of the charges. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
If you require extensive work, a consultation will be arranged with you. Your treatment plan, scheduling, and costs will be discussed at this time so that you are completely comfortable before we ever start. You are encouraged to confer with one of the front office staff about payment options and plans. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Dental Records: Your dental records and x-rays are legal documents and remain the property of the Dental Arts Center PC. We will send you or your dental specialist copies of them when you give us written authorization to do so. There may be a small fee for this service.
Missed Appointments: Appointments are confirmed by phone 24 hours in advance and one week in advance by email/text. If there is a cancellation, we have a waiting list of patients to call to fill that spot. It is extremely important that you let us know promptly if you can't keep your appointment so that we can accommodate others. There is a missed appointment charge if you miss your appointment without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
Dental Insurance: We accept all major insurances. Please call our office at 719-528-6441 for dental insurance questions.
Complete SmileCare: For our uninsured patients, please call us about our Complete SmileCare in-office reduced fee program.
