Payment Information
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover, and Care Credit financing options. We accept many different insurance plans, and will bill your insurance for you. Prior to treatment, we will calculate your portion and your insurance's portion of the charges. Payment of your portion is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
If you require extensive work, a consultation with our patient coordinator will be arranged with you. Your treament plan, scheduling, and costs will be discussed at this meeting, so that you are completely comfortable with the anticipated work before we ever start, and know exactly what to expect.
You are encouraged to confer with one of the front office staff about payment options and plans. We will do our best to accommodate you!
Dental Records
Your dental records and x-rays are legal documents, and remain the property of the Dental Arts Center PC. We will send you or your dental specialist copies of them when you give us written authorization to do so. There may be a small fee for this service.
Missed Appointments
The Dental Arts Center is a very busy practice, and we try hard to stick to our demanding schedule. Appointments are confirmed by phone 24 hours in advance. If there is a cancellation, we have a waiting list of patients to call to fill that spot. Thus it is extremely important that you let us know promptly if you can't keep your appointment, so we can accommodate others.
There is a $25 charge if you miss your appointment without calling us in advance.
